I came to this restaurant for 2 reasons. The first is that most reviews were favorable and I knew that my options in Barrow were limited. The second is that I'm 1/2 Korean. It was an actual Korean family running the restaurant, and the menu was straight up authentic, as far as Korean food is concerned.
The food came quickly, and everything was delicious. We have been in Alaska for 3 days, so far, and I told my husband that it's been the best meal we've had so far! Well worth a visit. -

Service is horrible! If I could've refrained from giving any stars I would have. The lady owner is so rude and in front of me she yelled in Korean and English that every time I order I make her take the food back and make new food and that I'm a waste of her time and money. That is poor customer service! No owner should say that to a paying customer. I will not be ordering from here or coming here again. That is the worst customer service I've seen in this town.

Ordered the Large sushi boat and was super delicious. The only thing I wish is that we had more sushi, we figured that the large sushi boat would feed at least four us but unfortunately it didn't and we had to end up ordering more. Besides that the sushi was great and the delivery was fast.

This was pretty good food. I got a bento box and was surprised that it came with a single piece of gyoza. I love Korean style salad dressing but theirs wasn't that great, it seemed just like watered down mayonnaise.
The interior is cozy but very well decorated. Prices were on par with others in Utqiagvik.

Three of us had bento boxes, which were good, and one of us had the nabe udon, which he liked. Prices seem comparable to the other restaurants here (no cheap eats in this town!). We'll try another place for dinner.
